Frequently Asked Questions for bespoke concentric rings shade SWITCH The lounger version of this
What should I check when an offer includes something at no extra charge?
Do not assume the entire order is free because one component has no added price. Check whether the stated offer is current rather than relying on an old advertisement.
What should I check if only part of an order has been provided?
Review the confirmation to identify every component you actually purchased. Keep the unresolved request tied to the original purchase details.
How can I check whether a seller-provided guarantee applies to the purchase?
Check whether an optional addition has a separate guarantee. Evaluate the documented commitment separately from unsupported expectations about guaranteed results.
